I have my Android player and 360 camera installation in this shop and was served by Jackson. He is very honest and took the time to explain each of the Android player's functionalities to me. He doesn’t hard-sell and only recommends what your car truly needs. Jackson also shared his experience with car modifications and very chatty and friendly. Even I had some inquiries after installation for few days and ask them, they responded promptly. Their after sales service is excellent! Highly recommended and thank to Jackson and Sheng auto all staffs!

After using all the accessories for over three months, I’ve decided to write an honest review for Sheng Audio. I had my car accessories installed twice after a relative recommended them, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

I first contacted Wilson, and I must say, he was incredibly patient and prompt in responding to all my messages. When I visited in person, Wilson took the time to clearly explain the various products they offer. What truly impressed me was the lack of hard-selling. He was informative and let the products speak for themselves.

I always do my homework when it comes to pricing, as I've had some bad experiences with other workshops in JB regarding both pricing and workmanship. However, I found Sheng Audio’s pricing to be very reasonable, and the quality of their work was outstanding. The way they handled the wiring and labeled everything was incredibly neat and professional.

I had a full audio system installed, including a new head unit, a 360-degree camera, a rear 15.6-inch screen, and more. One thing that really stood out to me was the positive vibes from Wilson and his team. When I modded my car here, I left feeling happy and satisfied, which wasn’t the case with many other places I’ve visited. Some places might be cheaper, but the quality of their workmanship was nowhere near as good.

What I also appreciate is the excellent warranty Wilson offers. It's definitely worth buying from him, as it provides peace of mind knowing that your car mods are well taken care of.

I am singaporean and always skeptical to go jb workshop to modify my cars! There is a few reason, firstly is bad experiences of my friends whose car parts are stolen or they charges very high prices to singaporean, therefore all my friends advise me not to go! I came across Sheng Auto and Wilson and I try my luck spend $3000 myr to see whether I will be cheated , due to unexpected surprise, the results was awesome and qualities was extremely great and worth every penny I spent, therefore I spend another $10k modifying..

Btw Wilson and his team will not push blames if there is any issue after install and they will solve any issues for you! I will recommend all my friends and my families to go Sheng auto only from now for safety and good price with excellent services!

Ordered and down paid for Blind Spot Detection system. Took photos of my mirror internal mounting and sent them after down paid. Took leave for today's arranged installation. Ended up the mirror was not compatible. Told me to do a partial installation and return another day for installation. In return, I asked to lower the price for Auto Tail Gate installation labour fee and was refused. The cost of custom fee, petrol and my leave is definitely more than the discount I asked for. Ended up, I asked for a refund without doing any there. Wasted my leave, petrol and custom fee.

I have my Nissan Almera's aircond fixed here. The workshop has very experienced n professional team, even gone extra miles by putting on extra unit of cooling coil free of charge, after the first attempt of repair was facing hiccups. The workshop absorbed the cost of the replacement. They also provided timely update on the repair progress. Recommended for anyone need the aircon repair service. They sell audio system as well, but havent try it.
