It is the best decision in my life to beautify my home with JGICONCEPT DESIGN. Definitely will give 100/5 stars to the team especially Joel, Joey & Amirul. If I ever have another home to engage with ID, it’s definitely will be JGICONCEPT DESIGN again, 100% definite. And if ID has Michelin stars rating, they should get 3 Michelin stars.
From the first meeting with Joel, he has been very professional from the start till the completion of the project, all the queries he will respond and attend to it immediately even after office hours and he will go beyond and more. He will advice based on his honest opinion if he thinks certain request is not suitable, in which I totally agree with his advice. While Joey will make sure everything run smoothly and also credit to Amirul who design my home according to my requirement and exceeded my expectation. Only just by one design layout, I straight away fall in love with the 3D design and I don’t have to alter anymore as they already know what concept and needs I request from them.
After-sales service from JGICONCEPT DESIGN also is the best. They will attend to it even though the project already completed, even small insignificant thing like kitchen cabinet pull-out waste bin’s cover damaged, they will make sure to repair it, without extra charges (that’s how detail and professional they are).
Don’t hesitate to engage with JGICONCEPT DESIGN, you won’t regret. I should have met them earlier and not stalling my time trying to engage with other ID prior to them. Only after my friend’s recommendation, I decided to meet them and voila, it’s the best decision in my life. Thank you so much JGICONCEPT DESIGN for making my dream home come true.

JGiCONCEPT is the BEST & the TOP all-in-one interior design & renovation service in Northern Malaysia. If you have the budget, you must book them ahead to design and renovate your dream home. They have magically transformed my double storey house into a very comfortable, high class yet practical home for me and my family of 3 kids. Best part is, I don't have to do much work except to make selections of colours, design or placement of sockets/lighting. Joel managed every aspect of the renovation and keeps updating me on the progress. I basically have to just respond via WhatsApp.

JGI Concept is excellent at home interior design and their service provided is comprehensive and client-focused.
They are responsive and are professional and helpful throughout the designing and renovating process.
However, there is still room improvement on their services in term of design, schedule and final product.

Cindy and I would like to give big shout out to Joey & Joel, as what they did to our house was a work of art! We had envisioned the dream home we would love to live in. Conveying our preferences to the brothers were a breeze. We hurled tons of questions to them mostly during off hours,thankfully they're kind enough to reply whenever they are able between their busy schedule. The satisfaction of seeing that once empty house transform into our lovely cozy home, and being involved in cherry picking most of the fittings are something indescribable.
