Back to Pulau Ketam after 20 ish years. Never regretted trying Alibaba Ferry services. Very punctual and we had a pleasant ride. There’s nothing like getting motion sickness from other smaller speedboats because the ferry glided smoothly across the island. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Comfortable ferry with air conditioner. However, their service has to be improved especially on timing side. They often did not follow the timing that has been set. Always amend the timing and move like nobody. Was said 10.30 am ferry, the ferry depart far before 10.30. Said 11 am ferry, then the ferry depart 10.45.

This is not the only time I've encountered such situation.

They never learn what is punctuality.

Unreliable service with unhelpful employees.

The first impression was good as Alibaba was the only real desk in the terminal, rest was random people approaching you here and there. We paid a round trip and got to the island in 1 hour (I think due to the low water boat had to go around, The way back was faster).
BUT on the way back the boat departed before scheduled time without us and the guys in terminal told us that it was full so we had to wait for another hour for another boat, we managed to secure a seat by spending all the hour in terminal. This boat left the terminal also ahead of time, so I assume many people had to wait for the next one.

The personnel in the island terminal were not pleasant and unhelpful, unlike in main one in Port Klang.

Next time I would rather try a speed boat that has no schedule at all but you pay as you boarding and while we were waiting for an hour for Alibaba boat I saw 3 speed ones departured.

Terrible service.
We bought tickets for the 3:30 PM boat, but by 4:30 PM it still hadn’t departed. This is absolutely unacceptable. It’s clear this greedy company is trying to maximize profit by cramming passengers from two time slots into one boat, completely disregarding our time.

Your schedule clearly says there’s a boat every hour, yet you merged two groups into one trip. This is dishonest, disrespectful, and a total waste of our time. Shame on you for running such a black-hearted business.

Foremost, the boat ride was smooth and the ferry in a good condition with cooling ac but a too loud annoying TV with repeated ads!! The ferry schedule was not on time which is a disappointment. There's no assignment of seats number, 1st come 1st serve!

The journey from the beginning was smooth and calming. I took a lot of pictures of the passage through the strait that divides Pulau Klang.

The way back was intense, because we took a speed boat instead of the usual slow ferry.

We went to P.Ketam on last Sunday. Not so crowded at the jetty. we took 10.30am boat depart , return in 2.30pm boat.consider is punctual for us that day.
Ticket- Adult RM20 return , children 4-12yo RM17
Boat is hourly and last boat return ti P.Klang is 5.30pm

The boat have open air seating but full when we onboard so we go inside. Inside the boat is aircond (quite cold) and clean . The seat like bus seat. No funky smell inside the boat.
Inside has a toilet too.

Going to Pulau Ketam: Waited for 1hr+ and the boat was SUPER HOT and FREAKING SLOW, waited from 9am till 10am ONLY DEPART.😩😩

Going back: Queued from 1pm till 3pm and still no boat, alot of people are CUTTING QUEUE, super TERRIBLE experience, then there was no staff to control the situation. They just want to earn your money. Bad service 👎👎

CONCLUSION: DONT BUY 😠😠
PS: speed boat better
