Dah 2 kali beli barang elektronik kat branch ni, first beli washing machine last month, second beli peti ais dan dapur gas semalam, the staff was friendly and explain about the product with detail. They give you banyak diskaun dan yang terpaling best adalah tiada delivery charge atau installation charge yang dikenakan 😆 Beli/Bayar semalam, harini mereka sudah hantar dan siap tolong unboxing dan install barang sekali.

Tahniah TanRadio 👍 service yang baik dan harga memang lebih murah daripada kedai lain dan online 👏 Akan repeat untuk masa akan datang jika nak beli barang elektronik yang lain 😉

Bad service attitude from a salesman named Norman. I have bought a LG TV at TanRadio Johor Jaya from Norman on 14/11/2024. After the installation of my TV, Norman kept WhatsApp us to take photos of the serial number at the back of the TV. The problem is, we can’t even take photo of it due to the limited space as they already installed TV on the TV console.

Norman straight away video call me at night to show him the TV and asked me to take the serial number of the TV without the sense of sorry! Oh my GOD… what kind of the attitude of this staff? SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!

The staffs didn’t take the serial number of TV before installation, and now he troubled the customer to find the serial number at the back of TV and asked me to take the photo to send to him. He didn’t even feel sorry for it and he takes it for granted!!!

I said I can’t find it and asked him to send people here to take it. Out of my surprised 😦 , he arranged a schedule saying that we want to buy a TV antenna cable and want to install on our TV.

The driver called us and saying they wanna come to our house to install the TV antenna cable, the charge will be RM50. I was shocked and I told the driver we didn’t buy the antenna cable, we only allowed you all to come again to take the serial number of the TV.

I’ve messaged Norman and asked him about it, but he never reply message at all 😡😡 SO RUDE, HE DIDN’T EVEN APPOLOGISED TO US AND DIDN’T EVEN SAY THANK YOU TO US FOR ALLOWING THEM TO COME AGAIN TO TAKE THE SERIAL NUMBER OF TV.

HEY, NORMAN, WHERE IS YOUR COURTESY? WHAT A BAD SERVICE ATTITUDE FROM YOUR STAFF, TAN RADIO!!! 😡😡😡

Such an unpleasant experience to purchase items at TAN RADIO JOHOR JAYA!!!
