We had purchased five pieces of foam boards and two pieces of A1 photo frames for our wedding banquet display.

We were quite satisfied after we meet up with their designer for consultation regarding the sizes and material of the print works. The designer had well-explained patiently and had cleared up our queries and gave suggestions based on our needs.

We chose self-collection at their factory and on the collection day, we saw our wedding photos were not only not protected, all of which were left laying on the floor of the messy work area.

The finishing on our photos were extremely bad, most of which had with obvious oil left by finger and sunken marks. The staff brushed away our concerns with regard to the poor finishing even after trying to clean up the pictures, to no avail.

The staff then informed the second boss anfter we requested to speak to the management. The second boss came out and started talking in his loud and rude tone, telling us they could not redo all the photos and these photos display was not for the close-up viewing hence the poor finishing was normal.

The second boss only offered to reprint two pieces of the photos which were badly damaged after going through the set of photos with us. Seeing how badly the finishing was. He could not commit to how long the reprint would take, even though we were at the factory where the printing was obviously done.

Not recommended for those who going to do wedding photos print works, or projects which are used for “close-viewing”. Based on what the second boss said, customers should expected bad finishing, damaged photo surfaces for photos which are printed for “close-viewing”. I reckon if you plan to print gigantic posters to be viewed from kilometres away, this is the go-to shop.

Zero after sales services once payment is made. The company’s ethos is clearly “pay and accept whatever we give you”. No empathy to customers’ requirements nor quality check standards. Just take in multiple jobs which they struggled with and complete the tasking with no checks. When caught with the pants down, first respond from management is that they are not at fault. Customer should accept lousy standards because that’s how they work.

Would strongly recommend not to complete payment for any jobs for this company and checked throughly for the products. Else, make sure there is a signed agreement for finishing quality. I would avoid going to this company for any future projects.

I want to express my utmost satisfaction with the printing company that crafted & printed my son’s birthday backdrop.The entire process was remarkably hassle-free, from the easy and prompt responses to queries, to the timely delivery of items meticulously packaged with bubble wrap. The inclusion of a clear and comprehensible tutorial on assembling the backdrop added an extra layer of convenience. Kudos for delivering a top-notch service that made my experience truly enjoyable!

Utterly disappointed for my wedding backdrop! Had given very CLEAR instructions to start fixing up at 10.45-11.00am. Needed the backdrop to be ready by 11.30-11.45am before my guests starts arriving at 12pm. No one was there at 10.45. Even at 11.00am when I texted them to inform that they can start work, they took quite a while to reach. Told me that they actually arrived at 9.30am but management did not allow them to start. Even when they finally arrived, 3 guys took their own sweet time setting up. Damn ugly sight when they setting up when my guests arriving. Finally finish setting up at 12.30pm when all my guests have arrived and have entered the restaurant. What’s the point of spending RM3500 for a backdrop when it’s done after my event? Apologies was what they offered. Only apologies. For my RM3500 spent!

When already messed up, just admit it and apologise. What are you trying to portray to public when u say ordering process, designs and whatsoever met my expectations? What’s the use of ordering process and design meeting my standards but the end product, which is the most important part of it, not meeting standards? Your people ensured me that the product will be up on time. Your people want me to make full payment upfront. I did so with no questions asked and trusted you to do a good job for the 1 most important event in my life. End up what did I get? Any compensation? No! Any refund for job not done well? No! Just an apology. And even in the apology, still trying to portray to public that the other process was done well and met my expectations? Is this a sincere apology? Let the public decide for themselves

What a stupid mistake they had done and you can’t believe this is the second outcome they replaced us after the first one. Same mistake persist. We not sure what is the purpose of replacement yet they are not willing to provide refund.
