Bad experience ever.
Dining Table Set we bought.
First, the promised delivery date couldn't fulfill, were told to arrive around 4~6pm, didn't show up until we call only they inform might be arriving late around 9pm, so then we agreed to rescheduled, but then item delivered came out not the same colour in set, it's like 3 colors in 1 set dining table, gonna rearrange for exchange.
Then, when they came back for the exchange in another week, again it shows up with different colour in a set, end up we gonna mix and match the delivered set with the exchange set to make it as "complete same colour set"
In add, product delivered is different with what we saw in the showroom, reason given was the product displaying in the showroom is shorter compared to the one we bought, the longer version has a slight different design.
Quality wise also lousy, really feel like throwing the money into the drain.
We were told by the driver, the sales gallery is only receiving order, manufacture of the furniture is owned by another party and delivery also outsource by the manufacturer. Meaning to say, if you place order to them, when you raise the complaint, they push the responsibilities to manufacture, and when you complaint about the delivery, they said delivery is not handled by them, it parks under manufacturer, they could only help to follow up and chase manufacturer.
When item received is not what you order, driver said the manufacturer load to their lorry and they are not allowed to check.
So, in the end everything screw up.
For me, this is the worst ever furniture shop I'd visited. If you are looking to buy from them, think again.
Anyway, the sales person handling our order still a nice and responsive person (Thanks to Hui Hua).

This is the worse furniture shopping experience we've had in JB. Was shopping in City Square and saw them having a fair there. Been looking for furniture for our new home and was really interested in their sofa. As I'm holding a cup of plain water with straw, the sales person suggested that I drop a few drops of water on the sofa to test the "water proof and easy to clean" material of their sofa. Since she repeatedly asked me to do it and assuring me that it's really okay, I did as she told. She proceed to wipe it and proof that the sofa material was indeed easy to clean, but I won't say it's water proof. Then a lady not wearing their uniform walked over and interrupted us, she straight asked the sales person "What water did they use?" The sales person replied "Plain water" , that lady then gave an unhappy glance at us and walk away to continue serving her own customers. This to me is already rude, but the sales person was actually really nice and thinking that maybe that lady was their manager and was just concerned, we proceed to view the bedframe as the sales person told us there will be more discount given if we buy bundles. While looking at the bedframe, my husband was leaning against a leather side sofa beside the bed frame, while we were listening to the sales person, this lady walk over again and ask my husband to take a sit at the sofa instead of leaning against it, at first I thought she's actually nice, but nope. My husband rejected to sit down because standing and listening is easier as we will be moving around to see the other bedframes too. After his first rejection, the lady continue to ask him to sit down instead, he rejected again. Then this time the lady tone changed, she say with a really annoyed expression "if you lean against it my sofa will crease". So my husband quickly walk away from that side sofa and this lady immediately clean the sofa right infront of us (as if we are dirty or what) and walk away to serve her customers again. She was serving customer and still keep looking out for us, when all we did was really to just follow the sales person around and listening to her explaining to us about their products! It's really very rude to treat your customers this way. We asked the sales person if that's her 老板娘 (boss) and she said yes, so I went on to tell the sales person what her boss did was really not nice and made us really uncomfortable to be there. Somemore they are having a fair at a shopping mall, yet afraid of customers testing out their products? Their leather will crease if it's been lean on really? Then why even hold a fair in the first place? Even their staff attitude is so much better than the lady boss herself. Ended up we told the sales person that we really couldn't make ourselves buy their products because of how we were being treated by her lady boss and she says she understand.
Hence, be prepared of such treatments by the lady boss herself if you all want to drop by their City Square fair now. Will definitely not be buying from them and please stay away to avoid what we went through.

Poor customer service was experienced after the purchase. Upon receiving the bedframe, it was discovered that the colors were incorrect. Initially, the salesperson denied her mistake, claiming that we had signed and acknowledged the color fabric code.
However, as customers, we relied on the fabric samples provided and were unaware of the actual fabric color code. It is advised to exercise caution when making payments and insist on viewing the fabric sample from the salesperson to ensure accuracy.
