I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lumihaus and had a fantastic experience. I initially contacted them to learn more about their water jet for home use and spoke with Vincent, who was incredibly knowledgeable about Karcher products. He took the time to ask detailed questions to understand my needs and guided me in selecting the perfect product.

When I visited the store, Mr. Yap assisted me and recommended the K2 HR, along with the T-Racer, which has been great for cleaning my patio, balcony, and tiled walls without causing any mess. The store has a wide range of products for both residential and commercial use, and I was thoroughly impressed with their offerings.

While browsing, I also came across the SC4 steamer and was impressed by its ability to clean floors without the need for detergent. Both Vincent and Mr. Yap explained its benefits clearly, and I ended up purchasing it. I'm absolutely loving the SC4—it has made my wood floors look luxurious, and they feel amazing after each use. I can't wait to try out the rest of their products.

Overall, I highly recommend Lumihaus for their excellent customer service, extensive product knowledge, and high-quality products. If you're looking for reliable cleaning solutions, this is definitely the place to go!
