Wanted to buy 50 units for projects but was turned down by the Extremely poor customer service. Called few times over several days to inquire but never pick up the call. Whatsapp also nvr reply. Went to the shop personally but was asked to order online cuz they can't take physical order. Not even allowed us to sit in the premise while we were trying to order. Instead asked us to place our order under god damn hot sun. Ended up a few minimal units due to lack of choices. Very berlagak so please try avoid ordering from them at all cost.

Cytron Thailand should be the real HQ.
The performance of this branch doesn't meet standards of HQ.
Poor web interface, poor payment gateway (doesn't accept foreign cards), no confirmation email after order placement, lack of coordination between CS and logistics team etc.

I have purchased two MDDS30 30 amp dual motor drivers and they have been working flawlessly. I'd also like to give a shout out to their support team. They always reply and are very helpful. These are great products and I recommend them because they're versatile, powerful, and easy to use. Plus they come with a great user's manual...
