Buat pertama kali bekerjasama dengan Puan Nora memang berpuashati. Semua design yg diminta dapat disediakan. Saya mula percaya dengan Ace Cabinet selepas pemasangan TV kabinet dan almari di bilik tidur utama. Kerja-kerja pemasangan sangat teliti. Kemudian saya terus minta Puan Nora menyediakan design kedua untuk kabinet rak kasut dan ‘laundry cabinet’. Hasilnya juga sangat berpuashati. Terima kasih Ace Cabinet dan pasukan.

从去年9月开始就跟Ace 接洽。对接的是Brandon，一直到今年4月才算完成柜子。
我要求比较麻烦：
-厨房的sintered stone不要防水条；
-神台要cantilever
虽然melamine本身限制有点多，不过中间design沟通了很多次，最后也做到我要的东西。
重点是，问题有回应，Brandon也会跟工厂谈，不会找不到人。
加上我本人不常在本地，钥匙和门卡直接pass给Brandon。
组装期间他也会跟工人沟通，保持unit里面干净。再来就是晚上过了放工时间也帮我拍video看sintered stone装到怎么样、洞有没有开好。

最后，来Ace的话找Brandon就对了。

We had a pleasant experience with ACE Cabinet! The design, material quality, and finishing were great — simple yet classy. While there were a few minor defects, the company provides warranty coverage, and their defects team was quick to resolve the issues.

Brandon was a pleasure to work with right from the start. He was very responsive from day one, providing a detailed and fairly priced quote very quickly. He was also incredibly patient with all my (very particular!) changes and really took the time to understand my vision.

What stood out most was how he consistently went above and beyond — offering thoughtful suggestions and practical solutions throughout the entire process. He even took the initiative to coordinate with my other contractor on technical aspects like plumbing for the kitchen, washer, and dryer.

There were some delays due to peak season, but Brandon kept us well-informed and did his best to secure the earliest available installation date.

Renovations can be stressful, but working with Brandon and the ACE Cabinet team made it a smooth and pleasant experience overall. The cabinetry and fixtures turned out beautifully — just as I had hoped. Highly recommend!

At the beginning of February, I went to ACE Cabinet in Balakong and met with a salesperson named Jun. After our discussion, he looked at my house design, helped pick out some materials, and I paid a deposit of RM10K. We also clearly told him that I need to move in by April 15th! Before taking the deposit, everything was okay—everything was possible, no problem, there was a slot available! Even the design drawings only came after constant chasing, and one of them still hasn’t been produced, including the revisions!

In the end, it’s all just empty promises. He doesn’t reply to messages, gives no updates! After taking the deposit, he just disappears! What’s going on now? Is this how your salesperson and service work? If you can’t deliver, don’t take people’s money! After taking the money, you deliver absolutely nothing!! Come out and explain this to me clearly!!!
