Seriously furious about this so-called "acrylic magnet board"! What a complete and utter joke! This shop looked fantastic online, but the reality? A cheap, flimsy piece of plastic that can't even adhere to my fridge with RM 99 price tag. The magnets might as well not even be there!
It's constantly sliding down my fridge. This isn't just disappointing; it's a blatant misrepresentation of the product. What a colossal waste of my hard-earned money! I feel completely ripped off by this shop. They should be ashamed to sell such useless garbage.

Initially, when I received the item, the magnets were insufficient. I asked them to test whether it would stick to a fridge, but the staff said they didn't have one. What an idiot – they could have tried it on any magnetic surface! After that, they replaced it with another one, but it still didn't fix the issue. Doing something that is same but expected different result is totally dumb

The service is so bad,
Took them 23 hours to quote for a 120mm x 60mm with a 14mm hole in center, thickness 3mm, color clear for RM45 per pcs.

That's like 4 times the market rate

After that I made a comment about the pricing being on the high side, the customer service replied with
"then you go and buy else where, our production is super busy"

The staff don’t ask me either i want to make a hole on the board or not at the first place. end up received the board without a hole and i can’t install the board till now. They told me to return the board, when i request for driver to pick up the board they said “driver busy” and asked me to come over their place, and i was like what?!

Just pls give another solution that make sense. Using double sided tape for put the board on the wall is sucks!!
