Rude security taking care of self checkout counter. Saya cakap elok2 je tau bhai, dah la tengah beli barang baby. Bebel marah2 sebab cancel purchase sbb ada price difference so kita pergi balik check kat shelf. Tekan butang back/cancel tak functional. Tahu2 dah patah balik ke self checkout kena bebel2 dgn security. Kalau rasa mcm tak boleh nak assist, letak orang local untuk jaga check self checkout counter macam lotus

Pusat beli belah yang luas dengan pelbagai perniagaan lain yang membantu ekonomi usahawan kecil.Tapak parking juga sering diadakan event.Banggunan berhawa dingin dan tandas yang bersih.Bagi warga OKU disediakan juga parking dan kemudahan lain.

I would like to give my appreciation to the staff at AEON Big Ampang. The team is always very helpful, especially the male manager at the cashier area who wears spectacles. He is very calm, relaxed, and professional, and always willing to assist customers in a helpful manner. His service really makes the shopping experience more pleasant.

A bit old , as you can see from the ceiling and floor tiles but it is still the best one stop centre to buy grocery + food products under one roof.

Nice place to do your shopping. Wide variety of items from clothing to toys, electronics, gardening equipment, food items, ingredients. I have experienced a few times with the broken escalator as well as cashiers being incompetent. I queued up once for over 10 minutes only to be told that I had to proceed to the next counter as the counter was about to close. But it was with a trainee cashier, so i brushed it off. Apart from that, it is a good supermarket to do grocery runs. Ample free parking as well. Do note you need the 50c coin to use be inserted in the trolley

Sampai kat lampu isyarat, aku terus belok kiri masuk ke parking dalam bangunan.
Aku bukan nak beli apa pun.
Aku cuma nak lepak sementara menunggu seseorang.
Dah parking dengan kemas dan berpuas hati, aku pun masuk dan sebelah kiri aku ada KFC tapi aku tak nak lepak kat sana.
Aku terus ke hujung sebab nampak papan tanda "TANDAS".

Selesai melepaskan hajat, aku pun meneruskan langkah kaki aku menuju ke tingkat atas.
Harapan aku agar ada tempat lepak yang lebih privasi, tapi takde....
Rasa tak berapa syok la...
Pilihan terakhir aku cuma lepak kat food court.
Aku terus menuju ke arah tempat jualan air, sebab aku memang nak lepak sambil minum air je. Sebelum ke sini tadi aku dah makan kat Tesco Cheras.

Aku tengok mamak yang buat air kat sini.
Tengok gambar air kat menu diorang ni nampak sedap.
Aku pun tertarik nak minum teh tarik, sebab pada pikiran aku kalau mamak buat teh mesti sedap.
Teh tarik gelas besar RM2.

Aku pun bawak air duduk kat kerusi meja yang paling hujung sebab aku nak ketenangan.
Aku pun duduk dan menghirup air teh tersebut tetapi alangkah kecewanya aku sebab teh rasa macam aku memula belajar bancuh teh zaman dulu.
Langsung tak ada feel bai....

Aduyaii... Mamak! Kau pergi hantar mamak yang bancuh air ni pergi kursus bancuh air teh dulu.

Hilang mood aku nak lepak sambil menunggu seseorang kat sini.

Blah....
Lepak tempat lain lah.....

There aren’t many MyKasih items available. I suggest putting up a larger sticker or signage instead of the current “Warga Means Citizens” label so that it’s more visible to shoppers.

For some people—especially those who have difficulty walking long distances—having to walk to scan their card is challenging. It would help to allow card scanning at the cashier counter, so they don’t have to travel across the store.
