We recently had an experience with AITO that left us quite frustrated. As the panel company for the building, we had no choice but to work with them.

The quotation we requested was delayed for over a month, and it felt like they didn’t prioritize or value our request. When they finally responded, they simply provided an overpriced quotation without engaging with us or addressing our concerns. Despite efforts to request revisions and negotiate, their responses remained slow and dismissive.

Before we could finalize or agree on the pricing, the work had to proceed without proper discussion, leaving us with no opportunity to address the high costs or negotiate fair terms.

When we later tried to discuss the invoice, their attitude was perfunctory and dismissive. Being a panel company shouldn’t mean taking advantage of clients or disregarding proper communication.

That said, their on-site team performs okay. However, from a business perspective, this is not a go-to fire safety company, as you may end up feeling overcharged and undervalued.

They may respond to this review with what the public wants to hear, but that does not change the fact. Some may even say they will take responsibility, but take it with a grain of salt—most likely, no action will be taken. This review is simply an FYI for potential customers who are considering their services, so they can decide whether they’re prepared to deal with these potential issues.
