Semalam kerusi sampai, harini baru nak guna untuk office. Best sangat2 kualiti memang nampak mahal & berbaloi. For those yang tengah cari ergonomic chair, please choose ANEW. Received my new chair today.
Easy to assemble and the colour is great too.
It is a mesh material thus it is not hot if seated extended hour.
The lumbar support together with the head rest will be the features I like the most with this chair. It does it work like magic and no more wrong seating postures.
The purchase experience is good too. The team will inform before delivery and their response is fast as well.

After using the office chair for a few months, I feel it’s time to share my experience.

I initially bought the chair based on glowing online reviews without testing it in person, as visiting a showroom wasn’t feasible at the time. Unfortunately, the chair didn’t meet my expectations. Upon receiving it, I found that the seating experience felt “off” – the seating space a bit splinting forward and it simply didn’t provide the comfort or support I was hoping for.

When I reached out to request a return, I was informed that I would be charged for delivery fees and 5% for the payment gateway. While I understand the policy, I felt disheartened as it seemed inconvenient and costly to proceed with the return. I decided to keep the chair to avoid further hassle.

My advice to potential buyers: visit the showroom and test the product in person before purchasing. It’s worth the time to ensure the chair suits your needs. Online reviews can only tell part of the story, and comfort is subjective.

To the company: It would be great if you could improve the return policy to be more customer-friendly. Allowing more flexibility could encourage customers to purchase with confidence, knowing they have viable options if the product doesn’t meet their expectations.

While this chair didn’t work for me, and I feel a waste of money to spend on it. I hope my feedback can help others make a more informed decision.

Was so happy and excited to receive this chair with free upgrade to its Pro version with their Christmas promo and support local brands, but it was cut short by the disappointment of the missing screw and bolts that were clearly written on the installation guide.. Where is the Quality Control of the overall packaging of the product, how could this happen? Now can only afford to enjoy the seat on the floor..

Edit: they sent the screws over the next day, in terms of manufacturing quality, some washers could not be used as instructed in the guide due to size, but I still can put in the screws rather nicely, so far so good!
