Full payment have to made first before they coming over to fix the screen. Very bad service after payment & fixing the screen . I suspected the guy who measure the shower took the wrong measurement. I check with neighbours & family's shower screen, all do not have such a big gap as mine.
There gap in between the screen & the floor is big but after I told him, he denied & still insisted it is the correct size & even told me that the floor is not level( what an excuse) .

To make thing simple, I m just asking to adjust the screen lower or probably change the bottom plastic flap longer but they just give excuses. Honestly I don't know why it is so difficult to just lower down the screen so that the gap will be smaller. I'm not asking for anything more. Terrible experience!! So, now we know why they are asking customer to make full payment!
