Very2 disappointed with this bad company! Beli kipas pasang2 no function. Call deka complain tggu technician saja 2weeks. Lepas 2weeks mai cakap another 2weeks. Why not tukar yg baru saja benda baru beli tak prnah guna lagi. Very2 NOT RECOMMENDED DEKA PENANG!!!

Buy DEKA fan from shopee. Use for 4month jahanam terus. Contact seller and he said already report to DEKA service centre. I'm not sure where but is supposed Penang since I'm in Penang. After 3 days still no ody bother to call for follow up although seller say within 3 days they will assist. This is bullshit company. You think people's hard earn money easily robbed? May DEKA family rott in hell.

Newly renovated and installed 4 Deka ceiling fans by ID, one of it not functioning few days later and asked for immediate repair but unable to fulfill, at the end an electrician settled for me.

Called the phone number showed in Google and from KL service centre but it's not available. Whatsapp msg sent successfully but no reply. Only 1 service centre available but no one to assist, why buy this brand
