We had such a great experience with Hafiz at Emart where we bought ceiling fans. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the different models, making it very easy for us to decide.

When one of the fans we purchased turned out to be faulty, Hafiz didn’t just leave it to us to figure it out on our own. He guided us through the warranty process and when we were still unsure, filed the warranty on our behalf. It felt like he really cared and wanted to help, which we truly appreciated.

Hafiz’s friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Thank you so much, Hafiz, for your amazing service —we couldn’t have asked for better help!

Huge store for electronic items and household appliances. There is a full floor of lighting as well. Most are too fancy for my taste, they have very few simple or plain options. Staff were all quite friendly and helpful.

despite all the reviews here, i received really good service. thank you mr liew yen hui (LYH001 on my invoice) and team...

1) ensured that my product could load nicely into the car boot before opening the invoice for me to pay.
2) loaded my product into my car and even wrapped it really nicely for me and placing extra padding + plastic on my car to ensure my car wont be scratched
3) solutioned ideas on the spot to fit the product into the boot 🙏🥲

service was really unparalleled. thank you 🙏

I value how the people provide their service to their customers. And these people were quite rude, actually. When you walk in, they're unfazed, won't directly come up, and talk to you even if they were standing beside you. Second time already. Bad service.

服了!买了一个elba 6L的锅没用几次就坏了 连接不到电。拿回去给他修说要等一个月,结果等了4个月才给我,现场测试是没问题的,拿回去用又接不上电了。我把家里全部的电器和插座都试了一遍,就是他这个锅用不了,服了

Terrible Customer Service Experience - Avoid This Store!

I recently visited Emart Electronics and was shocked by the unprofessional service from start to finish. Upon entering, an older staff member (wearing glasses) greeted me with blatant indifference. He barely acknowledged my presence, gave monosyllabic answers, and showed zero willingness to assist.

Things got worse when a younger employee (also wearing glasses) "helped" me. His tone was outright rude, and he kept staring at the TV screens instead of making eye contact. When I asked questions about products, he replied with impatience and a dismissive attitude, as if assisting customers was a burden.

This is NOT how a service-oriented business should operate. Both staff members lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. Save your time and money—this store clearly doesn’t value its customers.

Well, I bought LED light yesterday and I didn’t realised that I need yellow light because I need to install it on the staircase..and when I came today to change, the staff said we don’t have yellow light which they failed to mentioned to me about this yesterday..
If they do we wouldn’t be here..
Would we..?

Okay, they don’t have..
And when I asked the staff about the bulb holder (for alternative) the staff said we don’t have that too..and I was standing there waiting for this 3 males Malay staff to give me any other alternatives, they just left me without that and continue doing their job..
At least, tell me to wait..
But they pretend I wasn’t there..at all!!!!

Selling lights is one thing, providing alternative is another thing..providing good service is another thing too which sadly this company didn’t have any initiative towards that..
What type of SERVICE are you providing..?
Only about the sales?

Where is the SERVICE?
Whatever it is, it is always about the SERVICE!!!
Unless if they know the TRUE DEFINITION OF SERVICE AND OBVIOUSLY THEY DON’T know what SERVICE is all about!!!!
