You would expect better service and quality for the premium price you paid for the bedsheets but NO. Bad customer service, received bedsheets after one month with missing pillowcase. Invoice stated free pillow and bolster case apart from the bedsheet set so I thought it’s free extra but no? They said it’s the pillow and bolster case included in the set? Then you put separately for what? Take so long to send bedsheet end up missing items and bad service recovery. Other bedsheet set still pending after one month due to fabric not here yet Really don’t know what this company is doing. Anyway definitely do not waste your money here. Quality is mediocre can get better sheets elsewhere cheaper + faster.

Bought their tencel bedset at 20% discount at the Mid Valley Southkey JB Fair last year. Bedsheet quality is not gd, lint appears after 2 machine wash, won't recommend.

I bought 3 sets from GAIAS Home for my new home, and so far we have been enjoying the sheets. The price point is great for the tencel sheets (compared to local brands). It's best to purchase when there is a promotion. They ship to Singapore which is perfect. Not sure why there are such terrible reviews for them, as I had no problems unlike what the bad reviewers mentioned, so I am posting my experience from an honest perspective.

Disgusting attitude, ordered already 3 weeks yet unable to deliver, I been oversea and back for 2x yet still did not get it. When I initially follow up they told me oh it takes 7-14 working days to make, I follow up again on the 15th working day and they told me they will sent it on that day yet I did not get a tracking number! Follow up again for the next working day they just gave me a random tracking number and told me it is out for delivery. When I check the tracking number it was stated delivered!
