Hye, i was introduced to goldhill by my neighbour. My ID was eni. I am a satisfied customer in term of her services towards the whole process which took us 1 year long ( as i met eni bfore the house renovation started). from designing, choosing the right color combinations, the materials, eni did a good job in advising me throughout the journey. I am happy with the outcome of my kitchen, pantry and my wardrobe. Alhamdulillah..

Bad experience so far. Their so-called "interior designer" is not really a designer. I can tell from my experience dealing with the "ID". I think they just hire a draft man to save cost. What to expect when the managements are also not in the designing field.

I faced so many problems during the design process. The problems become worse when it comes to installation. The measurements are off. Installation is not clean.

When the fitting couldn't fit the cabinet due to the location of the existing socket, the so-called "designer" didn't want to admit her mistake but blamed my choice of kitchen hood.

They just pack their stuff after two days and leave without saying a word, even though the installation is still haven't complete due to their own mistakes. I need to contact them and stress out the issue just to get a new installation date. Yet, I need to wait another week for the installation team to come again. So I have to live with an incomplete kitchen for maybe a month.

On top of that, never once I receive a real apology from them. They also don't have any intention to speed up the process.

So think again if you want to book your cabinet here!

Saya guna servis goldhill utk buat kabinet dapur & tv. Sangat2 berpuas hati dgn servis yg disediakan. Saya berurusan dgn ID Arin, dia banyak sangat bantu dari awal sampai akhir. Dari design sampai ke pemasangan. Semua tiptop! Kualiti mmg terbaik, installer pun buat kerja baik sangat. Sampai malam buat kerja utk siapkan. Sentiasa update kat customer. Kuddos to ID Arin & team goldhill. Siapa2 yg nak buat kabinet, saya sgt recomend utk guna servis dari goldhill.

Alhamdulillah.. Jeha and team GH KT just fulfilled our dream kitchen and kabinet tv… walaupun ada episode frust sebab ada few pintu yg “cedera” masa otw ke rumah , and kena reschedule balik utk final installation.. but terubat dgn their good workmanship..👍👍 keep up good job .. recommended ..
