Sale girl service attitude is not good👎🏻 the reply to the information is very fast before the cooperation, the reply to the information is slow after the cooperation, and even the reply is close to 24 hours later, and dare to say that it is “very very busy” to find new customers, driving a bunch of excuses, I see salesgirl online everytime I write to salesgirl to ask for something, but you tell me u very busy? lol
I wonder if anything keeps you so busy that you don't check your phone for more than 12 hours 🙂

Really a good place to make your orders, whether its for bulk orders or things you require for your restaurant. If you decide to walk in and place your order, they will guide you in and show you what the goods look like to clear off any doubts you had. They also recently had a food taste test session meant for their customers to try out their new item. I gotta say, if there is anything i cant find anywhere else, i can really rely on them to supply it. And its so much more convenient for me as a consumer as they also sell their goods in shopee, so if you cant afford bulk orders, you can always look to their shopee website.

I want to order bulk from them online. As a customer i asked many things and many times same question...the boss or whoever was short tempered and rude. He was really rude! Too bad because had he been patient...I would have bought a lot! Bought from another supplier right after. I am also a seller...even my target customer elderly woman...ask a lot of question but end up buying a lot...the saying that people who have patience are strong and for every time you are patient...you will be rewarded is definitely true. Next time before you blow up...stop and think long term. I could have been a loyal and repeating bulk buying customer even though i don’t own a bloody supermarket but i have cash to buy and donate to people. 🙄
