A hotel that provides really good service.
They have a super fun Kids Zone with lots of toys perfect for kids to spend their time.
The room was clean, and all the staff were super friendly and always ready to help.

During my stay in October 2025, a housekeeping staff named Narendra cleaned my room quickly and neatly. He was very friendly and helpful, making sure everything I needed in the room was taken care of.

The lobby boy was also really nice (I forgot to get his name). He even watched my car for a bit while the engine was still running since I had a small kid with me and needed to go check in.

Overall, it was an excellent stay Ill definitely come back again!

Frequently came here for work and stayed here, overall had a pleasant experience.

Room: Spacious and comfortable. The bed was really comfy, which made for a good night’s rest. The only downside was that the toilet bowl cover had some yellow stains, but everything else was clean and in good condition.

Service: Great staff — very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Location: Conveniently close to Senai Airport, and the surrounding area is quiet, not too busy, which makes it nice for a relaxing stay.

Exceeded my expectations. The buffet breakfast was very good. A lot of menus and all delicious. Room was excellent. 24h KFC is just beside the Hotel. Highly recommended. Owh.. they also provide shuttle bus to the major Shopping Mall in central JB. Ms Atiqah was very helpful during checkout. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Stayed for 2 days 1 night at Impiana Hotel, Senai, Johor, and overall really satisfied with the stay! I checked in around 7.30 p.m., everything smooth and staff very friendly and helpful.
Had dinner at The Tiffin Restaurant in Impiana Hotel, food was quite good, a mix of Turkish and Indian cuisine, maybe because Deepavali is around the corner. Taste also nice, quite unique. The room was very spacious, clean and complete with a lot of amenities. I really like the aircond, just adjust a bit only, already perfect! Not too cold, not too hot (usually hotel aircond either super freezing or totally warm, but this one just nice). Breakfast also included, and seriously very good! Ada nasi lemak, mi goreng, sandwiches and more. Sedap2. Also, I went for a quick swim in the morning, the swimming pool is clean, big and well-maintained, really nice to start the day. All the staff very friendly, and the price also reasonable for the quality of stay.
Overall, very happy with my short trip here. Will repeat next time for sure! 😊

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, fitting the standard expectations for a hotel in this category. Everything was functional, and I had no issues with the cleanliness or comfort of the sleeping arrangements.
However, the area that significantly needs improvement is the breakfast menu. While the food provided was fresh, the selection was quite limited. There were very few options available, and the menu seemed to be repetitive day after day. Hope can improve 🙂

Excellent service by the house keeping name Narendra. He is very expert in cleaning the room as takes a few minutes to clear a dampen bed due to spill of drinking water. He is polite too and friendly.

From the moment i arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The receptionist, Kak Harisya, greeted us with a warm smile and made everything quick and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast food at the hotel was delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, making us feel truly valued as guests. Good and practical place for a stay in Senai, only downside is to get there you have to go through a road congestion. Don't worry too much about it since the road congestion is usually at peak hours, you can even go through the back roads but it's a little small.

The staffs are all friendly, the room prices are standard and the parking is convenient. You can either park in the basement or at the front (in front of lobby since it's free).

The breakfast is diverse and is according to it's schedule. The food served are surprisingly tasteful. Overall, Impiana Hotel Senai is worth the stay.
