Many staff members are employed here, but only one is working at the counter. When we asked about speaking to her boss to negotiate, she replied that her boss wouldn't be interested. It seems clear that this office is only for payment purposes and not for any kind of negotiation or discussion.

Had an unpleasant experience a long time ago. Many neighbours asked me to help them to pay the bill. I was ticked off by the Cashier when I added all the bills over a thousand dollars . She wasn't happy and told me to give individual bill to her with the payment. Anyway I complained to HQ and an apology was made.
