We took the ferry from Koh Lipe to Langkawi (we couldn't find an alternative) and didn't enjoy our experience with this company.

We prebooked tickets on 12GO Asia the night before and paid THB 2540. We showed up 2 hours before departure (as instructed) but the kiosk only opened an hour before departure so that wasted an hour of our time.

Check-in was quick (we were first in line, so perhaps not so quick for others) followed by Thai immigration (they take your passport and ferry employees later return it to you when you get close to Langkawi).

We departed much later than scheduled, inconveniencing everyone and causing distress for passengers with connecting flights from Langkawi.

As we stepped onboard an older employee rudely herded us towards our seats, raising his voice and treating us very ungraciously. As we approached Langkawi we had trouble completing the Digital Arrival Card without signal or WiFi resulting in the same employee again raising his voice and reprimanding us in front of other passengers.

The old man's behaviour reflects poorly on the company and on Malaysia, so perhaps consider replacing him with someone who actually wants to work and welcome international visitors to the country.

The staff help us with our bicycles and also with our stuff, they provide a great customer services, something we didn't feel before in Malaysia. We take the ferry from Langkawi to Satun in Thailand and no problem at all. Thanks!

Good option to get to the mainland and VV. Not always on time due to loading and unloading. There was only one gangplank for over 500 passengers to embark or disembark. I had concerns for safety and evacuation procedures as it was not broadcasted and for the limited emergency exits.

They cancel the ferry one hour before departure.. really bad service .. need to cancel other trips ticket because of them…if you guy want to go to langkawi it is better to use cuti cuti langkawi… their services are better which they will replace with other ferry trip if anything happen.. sani customer service also bad … they did not reply until today my whatsap in order to replace my bus ticket as they said before they will pay for the cost of their ferry delayed.

Tolongla amik tindakan ya untuk captain kapal, anak kapal, crew, staff semua sekali yang ada. Service ferry langkawi 2 SANGAT TERUK! SAYA CAKAP SANGAT SANGAT SANGAT TERUK. Kalau nak naik ferry, tolong la naik ferry lain jangan la naik ferry ni. Adab langsung takda, dengan orang tua cakap kurang ajar tiada adab. Tak layak untuk dapat 1 star pun sepatutnya 0 star untuk rating & service. Kita pun tak mau naik ferry ni, tapi sebabkan ferry sani rosak, so kena naik ferry langkawi 2 and we don't even have choice. Then crew dia ada cakap " kalau tidak kerana kami tolong sani, hampa pun tak dapat ke lgk" Sangat rude ya bercakap dengan orang tua dan tidak langsung minta maaf. Bukti gmbar semua ada, kalau nak viralkan boleh sangat. Tolong ya ambik tindakkan sebelum ramai lagi yang kena . Dan review pun banyak yang cakap bad service! So tolong ja improve, train la staff tu sampai reti bab adab budi bicara dengan customer. Kita naik ferry bukan free ya, service awak semua kita bayar! Tak patut dilayan macam ni. Terima kasih banyak sangat kepada krew feri langkawi service yang tak ada common sense untuk bantu saya yang sarat mengandung untuk alih beg time nak naik & turun feri pada tarikh 22/6/2024 masa 1pm-2:30pm . Kepada krew tarik muka bila saya tanya no seat bahagian mana , ucapan tersangat tahniah untuk adab dan etika awak. Mungkin ini yang pihak pengurusan feri terapkan waktu training awak dulu kot. Kepada mereka yang nak naik feri langkawi service , pastikan awak jangan naik time mengandung ya. Kesian baby awak nanti.👍 sepatutnya satu bintang pun taklayak dapat

Perkhidmatan feri yang paling buruk dengan tak kisah penghawa dingin berfungsi ke tidak main jalan ja. Bab naik tambang feri laju ja tapi perkhidmatan macam tah apa apa. Jabatan Laut pon tak da fungsi.

Itz better to take morning ferry from Penang. It seems like they run only two ferries. One is ok and the other one horrible. Afternoon ferry from langkawi to penang is good. So it better to avoid afternoon ferry from Penang and Morning one from Langkawi. They turn off the aircons and also the view is blocked with non transparent windows on the worst one.
