During our first visit, we did not receive much attention from the staff and had to call for assistance ourselves. Nevertheless, we decided to proceed with our purchase as we were genuinely interested in the sofa. The pre-order process took almost three weeks, and communication was difficult the contact number listed on Google was not functional and should be updated or removed to avoid misleading customers. Only after the salesperson followed up did things progress.
In addition, some parts were missing from the order, which were only delivered two days later after we raised the issue. The driver was fine, but updates were delayed, perhaps due to a busy schedule. While this is understandable, clearer communication would be appreciated.

Most importantly, all sales personnel should be reminded not to treat customers as though they cannot afford the products. Every customer deserves equal respect and proper service.

The in house service/seller was good. Price reasonable.
But the delivery process dissappointed.
1. Promise 3 weeks, but took more than that.
2. The bedframe that we ordered had some stain, and they ask us to clean ourselves.
3. The guy who delivered the goods just left the plastic/box outside of my house, which other company never do that.
4. The ottoman chair had some parts missing, take me to ask them over and over again when they will come to fix.

Hope you can improve your service. Trust is to be earned.

I was interested to make a purchase from them as the price was affordable and everything seemed fine, untill it was not. When they were advertising their product the communication was very good , and later when all payment is made we were informed the goods will be delivered in a month . Been a month and there were no delivery details nor any confirmation from the seller . We had to contact them ourselves, then to our knowledge the item we booked was not in stock or they said it was no more in production. None of this was told earlier , such a bad customer service . And Wats promised is not delivered instead they simply ask the customer to choose something else . Very disappointed.

Tapi dah beli Alhamdulillah, tak menyesal, cantik dan selesa sangat sofa ni
Cuma penghantaran je lambat, dalam sebulan sebab pre order

Visited Lavino yesterday. Unfortunately, the furniture we were interested in is out of stock. If we place an order, it will take more than a month to arrive — which is later than our expected timeline. So, for those who need their items within 2 weeks, I’d suggest visiting shops that have ready stock available.

Also, the salesman rather rudely told us to arrange our own transport as their lorries are full. So guys, make a wise decision before purchasing.

Very disappointing service from Lavino Bukit Mertajam!

My delivery was delayed far beyond the expected date, and I couldn’t reach anyone through the contact numbers listed on the invoice! None of them worked. When I finally managed to get help from the salesperson, I was told the driver could not be contacted either.

I wasted my whole day waiting at home for the delivery that never arrived, and now I’ve been told to wait another two weeks or until further notice. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a company of this size. Really disappointed with the poor coordination and lack of communication.
