Thomas一開始是很健談，很好地介紹他們的products，然後我給了deposit後就愛回不回覆的樣子，很遲才回覆！
其實外面還有很多很好的白鋼門公司，給了deposit開單黑紙白字寫到清清楚楚會拿到的東西，也可以最後不做給我，原因是東西起價了給不到我，那我當初給deposit是幹嘛😂😂 而且焊工也不怎麼美，裝上去幾天搖幾下就有幾個焊口脫了，而且很多刮痕，雖然投訴了有幫我polish，可是也是敷衍了事而已，廚房白鋼門高度來量了quote我價錢，給錢了最後做出來也是吃我大概2寸(可以看圖片的縫)，做好後看了怪怪就問xiao fei，他告訴我廚房門是這樣的，那個縫我還需要另外叫人來補！大致上不會再回頭LDK也不會介紹給朋友😂😂

I know few people will only read reviews in Google, but I still want to share my experience here.

This is the worst service I have ever encountered.

Have informed them I have an issue with the door frame and seek their help to check whether they can help or not.

At first, they say yes and will arrange technician go down to solve. After 4 days, there is no update from them so I text them to follow up, no response at all. I give my last chance to them of texting them again on the next day, unfortunately, still no response.

This is so irresponsible, if you are unable to help or arrange or whatever excuse, please let us know instead ignore msg, it make people more headache and lose confidence in you.

I have encountered once during the installation (irresponsible sales person - confirmed A model during discussion but end up giving B model without any inform us), and you promise it won't happen again, but now it happen...

Guys, if you would like to get their service, better think twice or pray hard you will meet the responsible sales person to serve you.
