Jurujual yang teruk ，service bad, Saya membeli kebanyakannya untuk perkhidmatan. Harganya juga sederhana dan tidak banyak pilihan. End up tidak membuat keputusan untuk membeli.

Worst attitude for walk in customer. Worst after service ever. Sold defective light. I need to pay 3 times installation fees to install this ceiling light because of this shop defect light. Need me to bring back to their shop for their defective product! Sure these workers underpaid by their boss. Their attitude is “if want buy faster buy, don’t want buy please get out”.
老板应该很刻薄员工才会这些工人的死人态度…

We contacted this shop via their Whatsapp customer service to place an order for 3 fans. We were first told that they do not offer delivery service. However, we asked even with almost RM1800 spending, they could not offer free delivery too? For a radius of less than 10kms from their store. At first, they said no, but proceeded to ask us for our address so they can check and let us know about delivery charges. However, this delivery charge was not reflected in final quotation before they asked us for 50% deposit. We assumed that with our spending, RM10 delivery charge was waived.

Few days later, we were told we need to arrange self collection. To which I spoke to Ms Elaine she said
Due to the fact that they are competing in the market with the prices of their fan, they could not offer delivery.

Note, the prices of their fan is not any cheaper compared to others in the market.

Ms Elaine said, regardless of how much we spend, their boss could not care much about our business and ask us to either self collect or cancel the order. To which we said, please just return our deposit. We shall cancel our order.

5 business days later, they still have not refunded our money. I called Ms Elaine again and she said their boss is not around to process our deposit. I requested for a date we should expect our refund to come but Ms Elaine said how is she to answer me when her boss is not around till indefinitely. Until I threatened to get police involved.

She proceeded to say she will return the money back with her personal bank account as we are so persistent with the refund.

Less than 5 minutes later, we received a return of the deposit from their official business account! Turns out, they were just dragging their heels into returning the money..

至 Elaine 小姐，我不知道你是不是老板或者是负责人，我们也不是说 RM10 - RM15 的 Lalamove 不能自己掏腰包出。而是您的服务态度 真的很令人佩服。一张 差不多 RM1800 的 order, 您说为了打价钱战，你们的商品已经很便宜了，已经不能免运费。也不能配送。

这些都不是问题。

重点在于您说您的老板不在乎这笔小生意。退款，您说你们公司不在乎这点小钱。我们的订单您们公司也嫌弃小。

接着说您老板不在，不能退款，当天我说要报警不到5分钟我们就收到贵公司的户口退款。你们家的风扇不是最便宜的，只是碰巧有了我们要的颜色。

同时我想要在这里 表扬老板这样对待顾客。我们这些小钱你们看不上眼。

We made a purchase at Luxcent lighting in jalan bakawali on wednesday with a request must be delivered by Saturday . The sales girl, sri mathi attended to me and was very accomodating. Unfortunately, later i got to know the order could only be delivered on Monday as there wasn't a delivery slot on sat by the courier that they have booked. If this was mentioned earlier we would have looked into other options. On sat, The product was at courier hub in kempas which was very near to us. We requested for collection to be done due to urgency however the manager wasn't that helpful. The sales gal however tried her best and finally we received the products. Poor gal had to attend to my bickering as the manager wasn't that accomodating. I wanted to speak to her manager to share our disappointment & suggestions yet the manager refused to. Sri Mathi replied to every message & call we made. Kudos to u gal, will surely recommend ur service .

Professional and excellent service. The lights are cheaper than buying online of course. We bought switches as well. However, we haven't tried them yet.
