I bought an overly expensive Mastervolt solar charge controller. It failed within 2 weeks. The shop was professional in going through the steps to find the problem, including an inspection of my boat. In the end, they deemed the problem was a circuit failure in the charge controller and replaced it under warranty. Thank you, Marine Supplies!

Sarah the manager was informative and a lovely person to do business with.
Yes of course chandleries can be expensive BUT just for an example, buying from America on Amazon would’ve cost just as much when you include the over the top postage from USA. Yes I would’ve had to wait three weeks for the same product I bought here at a duty-free port.

I also had their electrician come out to the yacht and do some electrical work at a very reasonable rate. I was extremely happy with the English speaking Malay electrician. he was very informative.

After looking all over Langkawi for replacement sheet lines for our jib we were sitting down for lunch at the RLYC, I looked up and saw this store. They were great, had almost everything we needed. Great to see Kiwi’s running the show.

Surprisingly good and well managed chandlery… especially after being in Indonesia where importation etc etc is complicated and nothing is held in stock … in fact there are no chandleries like this.
