What a ridiculous bus station. Why do I have to pay RM3 as an facility fee when I don't even get to use proper facilities like the toilet and charging station? On top of that, I still have to pay 30 cents just to enter the toilet and the worst part is, there’s no soap to wash hands and no tissue provided in any of the toilet. Terrible service.

Need to walk about 30meters approximately from parking to the counter if you want to send cargo. The worker at the counter help me to carry the box from parking to the bus counter.

Kenangan tersidai di dalam bus selama 12 jam. Dan kenangan perjalanan jauh dari Miri ke Kuching dengan menggunakan bus tahun 2006-2008. Kini hanya tinggal kenangan suka dan duka. Meninggalkan keluarga demi segulung sijil dan kembali ke pangkuan keluarga semula akhirnya setelah tamat.

Terminal Bas Miri sangat penting bagi yg menggunakan pengangkutan bas sebagai Cara untuk menuju ke suatu destinasi di seluruh Sarawak. Kebersihan haruslah ditekankan bagi mengekalkan nama baik terminal ini di mata semua pengguna. Bagi menambah baik perkhidmatan sedia ada, cadangan supaya menyediakan lebih banyak bangku di terminal ini.

Tolong letak directional signage mana mau beli tiket . Ini mau tanyak satu2 kaunter , jawap sana sana situ situ kesian orang tua blur kenak nya. Apa guna bayar fasiliti fee rm3 . Memang boleh beli online , ok. Untuk yg tidak beli online / walk in saja , how? Kedai makan hujung takda penyedut asap ka , masuk terminal bau wangi keluar bau ayam. Jauh ketinggalan mau moden . Lol

Won't use EVA express anymore in the future. From MIRI 12pm to Sibu took 7hrs 30 minutes on the 14/9/2025 bus plate number QAB9622G .
The driver stopped at Bintulu terminal bus at 3:40pm & said to us bus will depart at 4pm. I asked the driver when gonna be depart he responded rudely said " just wait, if we said delayed is delayed" but he never said delayed to all of us . The bus departed at 4:15pm
I would give a Zero star if there's a zero rating.
