Had such a great stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was super consistent and the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Big shoutout to Mr. Cosyn, Roy, Roger, and the front desk team. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely cared for. The coffee house staff were just as lovely, always cheerful and attentive. I’m sorry I didn’t catch everyone’s names.||||Special mention to Roy. He honestly treated us like royalty. Such a warm and thoughtful person, he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He’s a true gem and really made a lasting impression.||||The room was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. I absolutely loved the shower, and the water pressure was perfect. The bed was super comfy too - slept like a log 😅 after a long day. And the pool - what a treat! The water was warm which made it perfect for just floating around and relaxing for hours. It was one of my favorite parts of the stay.||||Honestly, I’d totally recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat.

You want to relax.. This is the place! ||I went to Marriott Miri with friends.. We wanted to get away from the busy life that we were going thru daily... And boy are we glad that we picked the perfect place!||From the moment we arrived at the airport, we knew that we were going to enjoy this trip. Airport transfer, warm welcome, the rooms, the pool, the most relaxing air, welcome amenities, the bed.. Felt like a Queen! ||The rooms were amazing! We got the rooms that face the pool. So it was room - pool-room... Water pressure was so amazing that you also din feel like leaving the shower..||We had the greatest pleasure of meeting, Marc, Roy and Roger.. Who made our stay truly amazing.||Also there was this In Room dining waiter and I am sorry I forgot his name. When they cleared the amenities from the room, they cleared the welcome card and this was something that I always collect. I asked him if he could please ask the housekeeping team for it as it meant a lot to me. He came back after about half and hour with a newly printed one.. Bcos the old one was stained and he knew how much it meant me, so he decided to print me a new one! That is first class service!!

Always impressed with the Miri Marriott mainly because of the fact it is a resort, and you feel you are away from everything when staying there. Service was good, breakfast was ok - it has been better before. On checkout they made a mistake by charging me poolside drinks and food that I didn't have, but when I stated it wasn't mine they had no problem with correcting that. Great all round place if you want that escape feel.

共用部分、客室共に少々古さは感じてしまうものの、
清潔感は十分で快適に過ごすことができました。

プールはかなり広く、お子様連れの方も親子で楽しめそうな印象でした。

Stayed for 3 nights at the Miri Marriott Resort & Spa, having last been almost 10 years ago. The place is slightly dated and parts are in mild disrepair (e.g. paint pulling off), but not too bad. Pool is nice with a cool bar area, although water probably needs to be cleaned more often, as the foliage around the hotel does tend to fall in and accumulate. Service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly. There are now a few new kids on the block when in comes to international hotel brands in the city now, but I still think this hotel is the daddy of them all. Would recommend.||P.s. comment from my 8 y/o - the fish in the lobby fountain look depressed… suggest either getting them a companion tortoise or move them to the downstairs pond, where the fish are far happier!!! 🤪

The room was clean and comfortable, though depending on the hotel, the size may vary. Some rooms are more spacious with better views, especially those facing the sea or city skyline.Staff were generally friendly and helpful, with smooth check-in and check-out processes. Housekeeping was responsive when we needed extra towels or amenities.

I booked pool view room. And they said this was it. I’m a tired mom looking forward to relaxing gate away with my son. And, i also requested for nearby room, but ended no lift, walking and another staircase. My other times was walking distance too, with an elderly with me they give 1st floor as well. Haiya
