My review is for the counter staff but not for the Drs and nurses. This staff argued with me that he didn't know my payment method (in fact I did inform him prior) when I questioned him he should let me know what to do for online banking method, in which he verbalise reg number of mine no need for online banking method(in fact it is needed). I questioned about his professionalism he did apologise but you can tell definitely was not sincere. Comment regarding another female staff- the whole counter left with her alone she still have the time chit chat with customer regarding her spectacles in details where to buy and which brand. Can you guys show professionalism when working? I sent my feedback to pantai hospital official website on the day itself, no call back via phone or email written to me. Sent another time after 2 days I think on their website asking if they receive still no reply at all. Very pissed and disappointed on the reg counter and feedback team. I'm not sure if they are trying to covering up for each other? I saw before me there was a gentleman was quite angry with something until he torn the paper but I have no comment on that as I don't know what happened there. I had done payment few times before with other staff has no issue at all, don't know what's wrong to the staff working on that day. I have waited for their official reply from feedback team for 7 working days - from the day of my visit but no reply and news at all still until today. Therefore I'm writing here.

Location is kind of tricky for me, it seems beside the road but you need some turn and It turn to get to the hospital. Parking always been a nightmare for me here, unless you go there really early, else the chances you have the parking in their parking area is very low.

The hospital is considered one of the best in Batu Pahat area, people around there who is going to private hospital will mostly come visit here.

Facility is great, they have a lot of specialties. I had 2 operations here.

Despite all the good things I still wish people who are reading this don't need to pay a visit here and have a healthy life.

Pegang duit customer macam pegang emas susah nak bagi balik.. pihak insurans dah lepaskan tapi pihak hospital buat keras nak pegang duit deposit customer padahal bill semua dah Setel.. last pergi sini layanan PON tak bagus semua nak muka ketat ingat aku XDe duit ke..

Layanan caounter hadapan tidak bagus muka ketat tanya sikit macam nak marah.. lepas to bahagian pembayaran susah nak bagi balik deposit padahal pihak medical kad dah maklum pihak hospital harus pulangkan balik deposit costumer tetapi pihak hospital tetap enggan pulangkan deposit customer atas alasan menyalahkan pihak medical.. tetapi pihak medical dah bagi apa yang hospital nak.. maaf ini last saya pergi hospital ini.. bad review for hospital pantai..

I was warded on 21.11.2024 vvip wad.the room are so convenient..the doc Ainil and the nurses very professional .I got very good treatment and they are so caring..congratulations to pantai hospital batu pahat for opening new ward for inpatient and vvip room....
