Commendation for Officers Puan Fadzilah and Encik Azri
I would like to commend two friendly officers, Fadzilah and Azri, for their exceptional assistance during our recent visit to Johor Bahru from Singapore. Upon our arrival, we experienced a moment of distress when we forgot to retrieve our passports from the counter after they were stamped by the officer. Additionally, we encountered an issue with our Touch 'n Go card, which did not have enough credit to cover the payment. This situation caused us to panic, and we had to seek help from a driver behind us to use his card and reimburse him the required amount.
In the midst of this confusion, Officers Fadzilah and Azri stepped in with remarkable professionalism and kindness. Upon being made aware of our predicament, they immediately took action and assisted us in retrieving our passports. Despite the 20-minute wait, both officers remained attentive and provided reassurance throughout the process.
Their prompt and considerate response alleviated our concerns and ensured that our journey continued smoothly. We are deeply grateful for their assistance and would like to express our heartfelt thanks for their exemplary service. Officers Fadzilah and Azri's dedication and friendly demeanor made a significant difference, and we truly appreciate their efforts.

Hello. Immigration!

Department. There are many Indonesian women working in this massage parlor. I think they don't have legal permits. I hope you can send officials to check whether it is legal

Extreme racism towards anyone who is not malaysians / Malay. They have no idea for any information. Just tell you go there will be done. No other information as they don't know. How does malaysia hire these staff? Tikam Tikam pick?

I must express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the level of service provided by the Malaysian immigration staff. I am deeply saddened to say that my recent interaction with them left me feeling not just dissatisfied, but truly outraged. The incompetence displayed by the officers was beyond belief. Their lack of professionalism, rudeness, and utter disregard for basic manners were nothing short of appalling. It is disheartening to think that these uniformed individuals represent our country, yet their attitudes are nothing short of disgraceful.

Allow me to recount my experience. As a Malaysian with a Singaporean mother, I sought guidance from the immigration authorities regarding the best course of action for my elderly mother, who requires my care. Despite my genuine concern and need for assistance, I was met with nothing but disrespect and condescension. The officer I spoke with not only displayed a complete lack of knowledge regarding immigration policies, but also spoke to me rudely in colloquial language.

It is unfathomable to me that in this day and age, immigration officers are not familiar with basic policies that are clearly outlined on their own website. The fact that they were unaware of the provisions allowing foreigners with Malaysian citizen children to apply for residence passes speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism and diligence within the department.

This experience has left me deeply disillusioned with the Malaysian immigration system. It is disheartening to see such blatant disregard for the needs and rights of individuals, especially when dealing with matters as important as family reunification and caregiving responsibilities. If this is the level of service that we can expect from our immigration authorities, then it is no wonder that our country lags behind others in the region in terms of development and progress.

I sincerely hope that the relevant authorities take notice of these issues and take steps to rectify them. Every individual deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their nationality or background. It is high time that the Malaysian immigration department upholds these principles and serves its citizens and residents with the professionalism and courtesy they deserve.
