I'm from Malacca.. It's been around 12 Years Ago , That I go to Segamat.. But Last week I'm personally can't imagine how beautiful Segamat Nowadays.. Well Done To All Segamat Government Agency.. Especially Pejabat Daerah Segamat.. It's easy for us to communicate with them.. So kind and helpful.

I went to pay for my property tax, had some issues with the payment and needed to discuss with specific officers.Initially, I felt their tone to be intimidating and aggresive but as my explanation progresses, discussion was much more constructive and pleasant. They sounded sympathetic to my predicaments and rendered whatever assistance and advice required. I am grateful to Miss Rafidah Rasip for her understanding and guidance. It makes our visit to government agencies much more pleasant. Good job. 👍

Maybe mine is a freak technical accident, a piece of land which I had owned from my father for the last 25 or more years had a very critical piece of information missing ... my name within the Qualified Title. The land title when searched prior to paying the annual land tax did not show my name for some reason. When queried the clerks and land office administrators couldnt provide any response for more than 8 months to the lawyers that I had appointed the reason that had given was they needed to dig back into the backroom archive. Till now they still owe the official response to the legal. In response they had then called for a ownership investigation to determine what had actually happened. BUT till today a year after raising the complaint nobody is willing to share the official response. The situation remsins one of the 7 Great Mystery of Modern Land Administration ... the othe 6 I will others to report.

Iam still waiting.... but ears deems deaf and responsibility and accountability are like precious water in the Sahara Desert.
