Despite encountering numerous negative reviews, my personal experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I successfully printed over 10,000 A5 flyers, achieving a cost reduction of approximately 40-50% compared to current market prices, based on a brief search on Shopee. The quality has been consistently excellent, with the colours were okay and somewhat accurate.

Actually I don’t understand what’s with the bad reviews…it’s a direct to supply print store at fraction of price without the middle man. Everything is printed as ordered and they would even contact and confirm with you if the file doesn’t seem right. So far satisfied with everything 💖

Ordered roll up banner and the quality is bad, can see dirt lines in every banner. They even printed desk calendar with watermark on it. Takes very long to respond to the issues. I paid for the delivery but was asked to send it back the faulty items myself. Very bad after sales service. Think twice before engaging this company.

I had such a bad experience ordering here. I've been calling your customer service line today 10 times since 9.30 AM, and the BM and Eng lines have no answer. Finally, I had to resort to the Chinese line, and your staff was rude to my enquiries. The first one just hung up halfway, the second one hung up halfway, too, and the third one basically snapped at me when I asked for assistance to issue an invoice under a new company name as I've already changed to another company. I couldn't do it on your website, which is why I required assistance. The customer service is horrible, and please have additional training for your staff to answer the call when the line is ringing and assist properly, not snapping and raising her voice to the customer. I haven't even expressed my problems which require assistance your staff is already so snappy. Seriously, unacceptable.

I'm a regular customer. However everything else other than printing from them is horrible. The location pin point is wrong, it's actually in the same row as Warisan restaurant. I had to circle the area 3 times to find them. Their logo is soooo small, I can't even read the sign plus the background is blue and the logo is blue. At least put a contrast background to your logo so people can read

No manners! This girl with eye glasses should show some manner s to customer.

Gave the order number, she took the parcel and leave it some where on the table far away from the counter without inform me and sit back on her chair

Service was good and super efficient but the staff was so rude...not a single smile and so snobbish. U guys should look into the matter cause customers have been complaining on ur side.
