Ordered from Penang. The seller did good to answer my doubts through whatsapp. I request for custom made size, which is 180cm length and the bench is super solid with 3 inch pine wood. This red pine wood look just nice. The price is very affordable. If u order from taobao, the price easily 25% higher for this length. The bench surface is not 100%, but imperfections maketh its own characteristics, especially for this kind of bare wood furniture. 10/10 would recommend 👍

We ordered a custom cat cage for our cat hotel and they were able to build it exactly as we pictured with just our sketch and measurements.

From order to delivery, the whole process was very smooth and fast. With updates in between. The boss is friendly and well-mannered. He told us upfront that the tempered glass would take longer too.

On the day of delivery (at no extra charge), they brought a lorry and enough people to haul the finished and wrapped cage upstairs to our shop lot. They gave us time to inspect the cage before leaving as well.

If there are any complaints, the workmanship (e.g., incomplete sealing at the edges and a few nails poking out from the wood) could be better. We did ask for recycled pinewood, so the wood defects are not their fault.

We appreciate that they did several coats of protection for the wood.

For the price paid, we don’t mind repeating a second order or two in the future. On the whole, we are pleased with the custom cat cage. It is beautiful and looks a lot more durable than cages you can order from China.

While searching for someone to build me a custom display case for a collection of collectable folding knives, I stumbled across PK Wood & Furniture. The folks there spent a lot of time going over the details and size of what I wanted, then communicated well during the building process. I was so impressed with the finished product that I ordered a custom shelf unit for my living room and purchased three multi-shelf units I use to display plants on my terrace. They came to install the shelf and the display case, working professionally and effectively. The prices were quite reasonable, too.
