I recently visited the Post Office in Bidor while back at my parents' place and I must say, the experience was wonderful. I had to send parcels a few times, and I noticed the staff here were extremely friendly and approachable. They made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

What really stood out was how helpful the staff were, especially in assisting older customers. They took the time to explain things clearly, whether it was about house bills, licenses, or other services. It’s rare to see such patience and care, and it made a big difference.

Just wanted to drop by and say thank you to the amazing team at the Bidor Post Office for their excellent service and for making my visits so pleasant!
