I am very disappointed with this delivery service. The parcel was supposed to arrive before 19th October, but today is already 22nd October and I still haven’t received it.
The status stated ‘Recipient not available’, but there was no phone call, no doorbell rang, and no attempt to reach me. Suddenly, I am made to look like the one at fault.
Very unprofessional and frustrating experience

I had a very disappointing experience with “Poslaju”. My parcel arrived at the Shah Alam branch on 8th May, but as of 14th May, there has been no movement or update from the branch. I have called the hotline multiple times, only to receive the same standard response with no real solution or action taken.

It is extremely frustrating, especially when the service is branded as “Poslaju,” which implies fast delivery, yet the actual service is far from living up to its name. The lack of accountability and poor communication from the branch has caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

As a customer, I expect at least timely updates and transparency when there are issues, but sadly this was not the case. I hope Pos Malaysia seriously looks into improving the operations and customer service at this branch. Very disappointing and not recommended if you’re expecting reliable and prompt delivery.

I usually go here to post my Pos Laju parcel using small flyer at the Pos Laju Drive Thru. Just drive to the Drive Thru station, pass the parcel, pay the charges (around RM7.00+), and go for exit. Fast, easy, & convenience. Located near the roundabout near Seksyen 19, Petronas Seksyen 19, KPJ Shah Alam, Stadium Panasonic, and have easy access to Federal Highway, path to LEKAS, path to Seksyen 23, & Rahman Brothers.
