We stayed here for 1 night because of a morning flight. The staff, especially the girl behind reception, were very friendly and helpful. The room was big, bright and clean with a very comfortable bed. The only, small, minus about the room would be the bathroom, because there is no partition for the shower, so the whole floor can get wet. But not a big problem for a short stay. An unexpected bonus was that, downstairs next to the lobby, there is a washing machine and dryer that guests can use for 15 Myr. The dryer took almost 4 hours to dry, but we were warned about that and had nothing better to do the evening before our flight.

The gaming room is amazing!!! 2 pc but only one work well. Choosing this for one night cause Its Very near to airport senai & lots of shop around! Service is okay and i thought the front desk girl a bit sarcastic but well its okay.

Doesnt provide disposable room slippers, hair dryer is super outdated & not working after 1minute of using, need to follow the trend abit to provude slightly better-at least working hairdryer. Location wise is just right opp of Senai airport which is convenient if catching a flight. Bed is comfy but bedsheet & comforter is very old. Its fine cos i use my own disposable bedsheet. Breakfast is simple but good enough for a simple & quick brkfast before catching a flight.

Good location near airport.
Bed sheet not so clean. The buffet coffee got some black debris inside which we don't know what it is. The bread toaster half jam.
The staff is very supportive, we requested to change room because the first room was stuffy, 2nd room air conditioning didn't work, 3rd room shower no hot water. Finally the 4th room it is good.

Everything was good except for the toilet cleanliness. The floor in Room 416 was noticeably dirty, which was disappointing. We were too tired to request a room change as we arrived in the evening with kids. We chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location near Senai Airport, but we do hope the management can take cleanliness more seriously, especially for the toilets. Thank you.

Hotel yang oke banget terutama buat yang mau berangkat pagi pagi ke bandara atau pulang terlalu malam . Deket ya dengan bandara bisa jalan kaki sekitar 10 menitan kalau tidak salah . Disekitar hotel juga enak ada beberapa minimarket ada sevel , ada cu bahkan ada supermarket yang buka 24 jam keren lumayan lengkap pula . Kamar nya oke ya . Cuman sayang waktu saya menginap TV dikamar saya tidak bisa menyala , tapi karena memang tujuan menginap untuk berangkat pagi jadi masih oke ya . Kemarin pas menginap tidak dimintain deposit ya . Oh ya kemarin kamarku ada breakfastnya . Breakfastnya buffet cuman lupa foto . Ada nasi ada mie ada ayam karenya enak dan buburnya juga enak . Ada roti juga .

Definitely 5 stars service and room! I have a comfortable sleep at this hotel, room is clean and comfortable. Hotel staff quite friendly. It is just 5 minutes walk to Senai airport. I will book again when I want to take flight from Senai airport. Super value of money!!

Apart from the toilet being old it’s actually pretty clean. Got the room with the computers. Gaming was smooth and the location for he hotels has so many fast food and convenience shops around. Would come back.
