Bought the mattress from Serta about 4 years ago. And within 2 years the mattress start to sag, despite spending close to RM 15,000. Approached the manager, Keith to come and view and possible repair the mattress. But the manager, Keith was not helpful and refused to view and offer any solution Customer service is one of the worst.

Went to the store last month and even though the sign said Open no one opened the door as the salesperson Keith was elsewhere. Managed to catch him later in the day. Unfortunately for us he was a good salesman so we purchased a mattress for delivery to Singapore.

Booked a delivery date and called Keith several times to confirm but no response. Messages to him go unread and unanswered until much later. In the end, he couldn't deliver the mattress on our confirmed date so had to move the appointment.

Once again tried to confirm the time but he didn't respond at all. Called the number on the receipt and it directed to a SEALY outlet 🤣 The SEALY salesperson was very confused about why I called him. I wonder how I would have contacted the branch about my mattress delivery if i didn't have Keith's Hp Number.

I was afraid I had been scammed so I used a different number to call him. Only then did he answer and confirm the delivery date.

On delivery day the delivery guys insisted that mattress cannot fit the lift and they need to walk it up the stairs at $15 per floor (funnily enough Keith quoted us $20 per floor...... 🤔). There were issues with the lift that led to shouting from the delivery guys. Was about to tip them for their efforts anyway but after getting shouted at, not too willing to tip.

During sales service awesome. After sales service severely lacking. If you insist on buying, get Keith's handphone number so you won't be calling SEALY.
