Ridiculous warehouse promotion! Queued up for their warehouse promotion for an hour plus (I was the 4th to arrive). They started opening the shutter at 10am sharp and started passing some sort of a priority paper, to choose what item you want. But when it came to my turn, suddenly I cannot purchase the things I want (wireless mouse and a few stuff) anymore! What kind of sales is this? U give priority to the first people to choose whatever purchase they want, and then when it came to the 4th and 5th person, your sales team said cannot. I wanted to purchase a mouse, and I literally saw stacks of stock at the bottom and 7 boxes of wireless mouse that I wanted, on top of the table, they still denied and said that quota full. Why want to use that ridiculous paper system to prioritize who chooses what? It's a promotion sales, people can buy whatever they want, especially those who came the earliest. It is your responsibility to provide extra stock for your demand! What kind of rubbish planning is this! A few people at the back of me was frustrated too! Want to be racist and choosy. Definitely not going to let my members to shop here!

Buying office equipment here, wireless mouse and the over capacity of 64GB pendrive, that's the lowest memory available. Must find uses for this big capacity pendrive. Not that useful when I'm subscribing to the cloud memory, proven to this date, the only safe solution than other memory. Been losing memory due to physical gadget, computers. Lucky that I use cloud, not afraid of losing my work again. So thankful, but it's my own money used to subscribe. Let God pay ls me, better.

Very professional and friendly. I walked in and with my simple explanation of my computer problem. Within 5 mins they found the solution. Yet they did not charge me even I willing to pay for the service. Definitely will go back if i need any help with my computer or purchase a new one.
