先说，很多发型师草草看完你的头发，会把你的头发说得很糟，说你发质不好，干燥打结，然后就开始推荐产品，而且都是从最贵的开始推荐😄

但是，Tetilo hair salon kulai 绝对不会❤️

我今天做了（染发+剪+头皮护理）
Tetilo hair salon 的托尼都很细心💕
要来之前记得预约哦🤣
因为会爆满😄

染发时，会观察客人的肤色，再依客人要求的颜色和头发的旧颜色做协调🫰🏻

剪发时，托尼也会询问你想剪怎样的发型，她会依你的要求剪，但不是盲目的剪哦，她会依据你的要求加上托尼的审美，说完一句剪出来就是满意😍 我剪了一直照镜子🤣

头皮护理更不用说了，我每次来我一定要头皮护理🤣 一方面是我有头皮屑问题，一方面是太舒服 🤣 如果可以再按摩💆久一点点就好🤣

Dear salon,

Though I'm thankful for your service, I was not satisfied with the outcome. Firstly, I think that the hairstylist skills could be improved. During the process of getting the perm done, there was a few cases were I felt pain. Although I rose the issue to the hairstylist, it did not fix the pain. I felt like it was unprofessional as the hairstylist does not look like she knows how to perm.

Moving on, when I showed the hairstylist a picture of the hair that I wanted, but the end result was not even close. It was rather disappointing as she told me that it can be done when I showed her the picture. Even if it can't be done through one perm, I believe that it can still be achieved if the hairstylist could teach me a few techniques to do at home for improvements.

Lastly, the service was really pricy (RM500). The price did not correlate to the result obtained from it.

Recommend by friend to patronise the salon last year and have been going back since then. Perm done was long lasting 👍🏻 Hair colour and haircut done was good too.

After 4 years of no treatment of my hair after my head surgery, i came to Tetilo Saloon this morning, intended to get my hair perm, treatment and coloring...😁😁

My first impression while i stepped into this saloon... I like the warmth welcome addressed to me by the hairdresser, Kelly...then, I told my husband to go back as i would like to do my hair here!

I told her my intention and after looking at my hair and washed, she explained to me that my hair was not in good length to do perming... She advised to make the scalp treatment instead..step by step clearly and the cost too...😅😅

I agreed and took her advised what's the best for my hair... Did the hair cut, colored and scalp treatment today with good hospitality and professional advised by Kelly... Also i bought the organic hair shampoo recommended by her to replace my current usage at home... I hope it will make my hair growing well after a few months later.. Thank you Kelly...I like your services and looking forward to get my next treatment in Tetilo.. Keep up the good service! 😍😍😍
