Terima kasih untuk servis yang sangat pantas dari TSS SALES AND SERVICE PHILIPS SERVICE CENTER..saya hantar robot vacuum pada petang 8/1/25..malam tu saya dapat notification yang robot vacuum saya dah siap dibetulkan..jadinya harini 9/1/25 saya dah collect robot vacuum saya disana..servis memang pantas dan cepat..staff pun sangatla bagus dari segi respon berbahasa Melayu..tahniah saya ucapkan..very polite..moga terus maju jaya dimasa akan datang..terima kasih betulkan Kak Timah saya

Sesiapa yang mempunyai stim iron Philip ada masalah dan masih under warranty Philips 2 tahun boleh buat kat sini kalau dah lepas warranty pun boleh check & repair dekat sini service dan layanan dari staff memang terbaikkkk.. 👍👍👍

It is not good servise centre to repair. I was sent vaccum to replace motor due to faulty. After replace motor by TSS technician, the suction pressure become low. Complaint to them and send back, attended by their technician (a young chinese guy) said it is ok and the suction pressure is like that even new vacuum. Come on, i using the Philip vacuum 1900w almost 2 years and i know how its work. The vacuum only capable to suck a piece of paper not a dust. TSS only said that the best they can do as already change new motor. After that i sent the vacuum to Emag Penang, the also had replaced motor and suction become back to normal as its supposed to be. The Emag tech said maybe motor is not ok and also told that previous technician fixed the vacuum not enough back assemble back. TSS should hire a better technician. And also train their tech more knowledge. Not recommended to come here.

Very good service. Hantar pagi tgh hari dah siap. My Philip iron steam generator can't produce steam. Just bought from online shop and it can't function. The electovalve got defect and they fixed it fast.
