Watson people lied to get people to buy their PWP. they told me my points was to expired the next day and asked me to buy their PWP. Googled and found out it expired at the end of every year.

Orang Watson menipu cakap point saya expired keesokan hari. Semata mata nak suruh saya beli PWP mereka.

Bad experience here. Unlike in Semenanjung, the staff will always hand us basket to put on stuff. This watson, the staff only chit chat here and there. Laughing. I couldnt get my hands on the basket since I was carrying quite a lot of things. Please manage your staff. other than that, the cashier was nice!

Bad experience. The overcrowded staff there, should apply as security guard. They definitely loves to stand along the crowded corridor, even follow and looked at you with intense bad mood face, as you are a thief, or customer with no money. Honestly, you will not have time to shop with ease as they always looked at you with no smile at all. Is like, they dont want you enter the shop at all.

Watsons are usually very good in terms of its product but this specific stores really bad when it comes to giving back customer changes.

I went here few days ago to purchase some things. At the counter , the final total was RM XX.55. So I give cash to the cashier in a 100 notes and 60 cents.

When he returned my balance, he said they don’t have any change. And I DIDNT get my 5 cents back!!!!

I know its only 5 cents but is this how Watsons Sarikei trained their staff to do business? I am so lost of words

物品和价格很常摆错。连续两次害我付错价格。算refund 的时候counter还算错钱给我。员工们太粗心了。不会再光顾这家Watson 了。差评

Watsons never failed me...anywhere, so far. They have always maintain their standard. Items are well organized, sections labelled, staff are friendly and helpful, etc, etc. Nothing more I could say...keep up the good standard.
