Ordered a couple of bottles which included glengrant 18yr rare edition, and was sent the normal 18 year version instead. Turns out they didn’t even have stock for the 18 year rare edition…

Thus, I had to consistently follow up on the return and refund process myself. Thereafter, Salesman offered to pickup the wrongly delivered items without any proper company correspondence to confirm/outline the refund process, despite my insistence that I at least receive some kind of written evidence.

If they were so reputable I wouldn’t have experienced this. Would give 0/5 star if I could

Ps 1.customer service also completely disregarded my query if the refund credits can be used to offset with a newly made purchase

2. Order was a gift for my dad (I live overseas), hence my query above. Ultimately when the refund was processed I had a realised loss of 50 ringgit due to the company’s mistakes ( fx charges were levied on me both ways)

Went into the shop just to check out what they have. A nice selection in the storefront, and more can easily be gotten from their warehouse, which is only a few minutes away. The staff were very gracious and knowledgeable. The prices are competitive for Penang. My friend and I each ended up buying bottles of whisky. My friends selection he had seen in the online shop but not in the storefront. So one of the staff went to the warehouse to grab it, took less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Whether you are experienced, or you are looking to get into the world of whisky this is a good place to check out.

Bought my favorite St. Bernardus Prior 8s with these guys, their service was outstanding! Ordered at midnight on Oct 22 and received it by noon Oct 23. I live in Klang Valley and my order was shipped from Penang. Items were packed very carefully & arrived in great condition. Their customer service was reliable and quick via WhatsApp which made the purchase experience great. Will definitely order from them again, highly recommended!
